Description: dry floor screed gypsum fibreboard. Precision engineered lapped edges to ensure boards butt to each other perfectly. Brio 18 WF: 18 mm gypsum fibreboard + 10 mm WF (wood fibre), total thickness 28 mm, Brio 18 MW: 18 mm gypsum fibreboard + 10 mm mineral wool, total thickness 28 mm. Application: equalize or improve the (contact) sound insolation of existing wood- or stony floors. Edge detail: lapped edges. Mean density: Brio MW ± 22 kg/m² / Brio WF ± 24 kg/ m². Knauf Brio screws: screws with countersunk cross-heads for fixing Brio floor boards to each other. Knauf Brio joint adhesive: water resistant adhesive which is applied to the edges of the Brio panels for bonding. Knauf mineral wool eadge strip: mineral wool used in dry floor screed systems at the floor perimeter for providing sound insulation.
